So I’ve been on this for about 3 weeks+ and man, its helping me, BIG TIME. Today, was about dem legs. When I jog, I tend to 5.5 or 6 mph but today, it felt like nothing so I amped it up to 7 mph. Goodness, EFFING FELT GREAT! Goal is approaching >:D Make it 8 and I’ll be a happy camper.

Leg Raises (do one leg at a time)
Did a different workout yesterday and went beast. Shoulders are so sore! Blehhhhhh! And woke up late this morning. Then going to have to present in my second class, not to excites for that. Today is going to be painful. Mehhhhhh~

Love it when body is sore after a good work out. HURTS LIKE HECK! The feeling of success! Lol. It just says that I’ve been working hard and it shows :] A pat on the back for me. I always workout, but been really pushing it since summer is near, and this stupid PUGDE WON’T GO AWAY! Especially, right now, targeting the stomach. I can’t move a lot, but stretching feels sooooooooooooooo goooooooooooood! Yee~
